Ben Lindsay's book, We Need To Talk About Race, has been influential for us over the last year. He has established a really effective charity that addresses one of the main manifestations of racial discrimination which is violence amongst young men in particular.

Power the Fight tackles a really challenging issue in our country: creating longterm strategies for sustainable structural change. Most of their work is with families, churches, faith groups and community organisations who want to be equipped to engage with youth violence issues in their context.
